The Goat Family

Don't turn your back on The Goat Family.

Formed in 2003 by filmmakers Rock Ross and Micheal Rosas-Walsh, an informal jug-jam has blossomed into what is now known as The Goat Family. We play acoustic music that takes the Jug Band genre as a starting point and then dismantles it and reassembles it into some sort of pop hybird. Call it alt-jug.

The photo above is from the first Goat Family tour. It was a blast and we're back with tales to tell, t-shirts to sell, and some places to return. More shows planned - Check out www.myspace.com/thegoatfamily for the most up-to-date info.
